A highly organised and motivated Export Import Coordinator is required for our market leading, award winning engineering client based in the Aylesbury region. This Export Import Coordinator role would suit an enthusiastic supply chain professional with good full life cycle procurement process experience and the CIPS qualification or working towards it. Working within the small procurement team, this is an excellent career opportunity for a CIPS professional to develop their export management career further in this exciting, varied, fast-paced role. The ideal Export Import Coordinator candidate will have the following key skills and experiences: Good proven experience and knowledge of import/export processes within engineering, manufacturing, or technical industry. Ideally CIPS qualified or similar supply chain qualifications. Experience of end-to-end supply chain management – full life cycle procurement. Experience in a similar role, e.g., Export Manager, Export Import Coordinator, Import Export Customer Service Manager, Technical Sales/After Sales/Spares and Parts Administrator, or Parts Advisor with export responsibilities. Knowledge of SAP and dangerous goods transportation is desirable. Some key responsibilities of this procurement role are: Be responsible for expediting shipments - worldwide imports and exports, freight forwarders for timely delivery and collection. Be responsible for import clearance control for all non-EU imports. Raising import clearance documents and communicating with freight forwarders. Full life cycle procurement - end-to-end supply chain management. Receiving goods and services in SAP for parts & consumables. Raise purchase orders and RFQs with suppliers for completion of customer sales orders. A full job description will be discussed and submitted to suitable candidates upon application.
