This is a market influencing opportunity at Lloyd's, based within the Performance Management team. You will play a critical role in understanding and supporting the market, as well as shaping and influencing the future of excellence in exposure management practices. You will receive a truly unique opportunity to collaborate with top industry professionals both across the Lloyd's market, and within all areas of the Lloyd's Corporation.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and analyse syndicate-level natural and non-natural catastrophe risk. Lead assessments of syndicates' Catastrophe Risk Appetites. Conduct operational and technical evaluations to enhance exposure management practices. Support the wider objectives of the Exposure Management team.

Lloyd's market experience is essential. You will need the following technical understanding and stakeholder engagement skills: Principles underpinning the assessment of catastrophe risk, including probability, risk modelling and catastrophe modelling Catastrophe modelling practice, ideally from an underwriting organisation Challenges, issues and trends in exposure management and catastrophe modelling Insurance market including Lloyd's, London Market & International Market Ability to explain complex technical information effectively to a variety of stakeholders Ability to communicate confidently at a senior level and demonstrate technical credibility Ability to document assessment processes thoroughly and equitably Ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders Ability to structure and distil information concisely and clearly
