Expression of Interest for UK Content Creator

Founded by Jordan Cullen in 2018, Cullen Jewellery is an ethical fine jewellery brand focused on exceptional human experiences. As a digital-first business, we blend traditional craftsmanship with modern technology, using the best materials to create timeless pieces. We’re committed to the environment, crafting every piece with sustainability in mind. Our lab grown diamonds are 100% carbon neutral, and we invest in replanting landscapes and supporting communities globally. Our dedication to our clients is what sets us apart. We build lasting relationships and share our expertise to help them make confident, informed decisions. About the role: We are thrilled to be announcing the opening of our second international showroom in the beautiful city of London at the start of next year and are looking for a content creator to join the team! We are an Australian based business so our content creator will play a crucial part in expanding our reach and enhancing our brand's presence in the UK. Key Responsibilities include: Plan, create, and schedule high-quality content aligned with Cullen Jewellery’s aesthetic and brand values across TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest. Step in front of the camera and embody the brand's image. Evaluate content performance analytics to refine strategies and rework existing content for improved results. Write scripts for social media content, including the reworking of existing scripts. Assist the Social Media Manager in crafting, developing, and implementing a robust organic social media strategy. Monitor and stay current with social media trends and algorithm changes across TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest to keep our content relevant and impactful. What are we seeking? Proven experience in a content creator or presenter role. Great presentation and communication skills, with experience being in front of the camera. Strong understanding of social media analytics and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Passion for premium jewellery and a deep understanding of ethical and sustainable practices. Ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals; especially across different time-zones. The right to work in the UK and travel to the London showroom. Availability for a later start date around February 2025. What we offer: In addition to a competitive remuneration package, and the ability to work in a beautiful office location, we offer all our team members a range of benefits including: A supportive and collaborative work environment. Generous staff and family/friend discounts. Team events and initiatives included as part of our wellbeing program. Paid volunteer leave, and sponsorship of a child in South East Asia/Africa under your name. The opportunity to join a growing company with a global presence - you really can take your career anywhere!
