People Consulting - Training & Change - Assistant Manager - Senior Manager Our People Consulting professionals assist our clients in successfully defining, implementing, and sustaining their people agenda. Our core service offerings include organisational design, change management, leadership development, workforce planning, cultural assessment and development, and talent management. The opportunity: Joining the People Consulting team in EY will provide you with the opportunity to work on some of the most interesting and complex transformation programmes in Ireland. Our team, in partnership with our clients, seek to ensure the long-term sustainability and embedding of major organisational transformation programmes. Our work is varied and challenging; from embedding cultural and behavioural change and training across an organisation to creating an organisation design that determines effective organisation solutions. Your key responsibilities: Develop strategic training and change management plans aligned with client/organisational goals and best practices. Design and customise training and change management programmes, workshops, and materials tailored to client needs. Lead the development of project plans including defining the scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Create and maintain project governance, track progress, and identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful completion of projects. Incorporate innovative learning and change methodologies, technologies to enhance engagement and effectiveness. Implement programme evaluation frameworks/mechanisms to assess the impact and effectiveness of training and change initiatives. Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Play an active role in growing our business by identifying potential business opportunities. To qualify for the role, you must: Be degree qualified and have relevant professional experience; preferably have prior consulting experience in a client-facing role on large or complex transformation programmes. Be experienced in using relevant training/L&D tools, templates, and change management methodologies. Have strong personal impact and resilience and be able to influence clients and stakeholders. Be pragmatic - taking a practical approach to solving issues and gaining client agreement. Have proven experience structuring and managing projects or programmes of work which meet client expectations and mitigate any risks or issues.
