Key responsibilities:
Observing and recording the development of children in your care
Planning engaging sessions for children to participate in
Knowledge of safeguarding procedures
Identify developmental points to help children grow
Be able to form bonds for better communication with young children
Qualifications:
Early years practitioner qualifications desired
Knowledge of safeguarding and how to implement
Experience working with young children in a school/nursery setting
Have the ability to create a supportive and caring environment
