About the Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic EYFS Practitioner to support and inspire young learners in their crucial early years. You will work as part of a dedicated team, fostering a love of learning and providing a strong foundation for the children's future education. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality care and education to children in the EYFS phase. Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to create a stimulating and engaging learning environment. Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining detailed records in line with EYFS guidelines. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Contribute to the planning and delivery of creative and fun learning experiences tailored to the needs of each child. About the School: Our partner school is a charming, community-focused primary located in a picturesque village in Banbury. Known for its warm and inclusive atmosphere, the school prides itself on its supportive SLT and friendly staff. You'll be joining a close-knit team dedicated to nurturing every child's potential. Requirements: Level 3 qualification in EYFS or equivalent essential. A genuine passion for working with young children and helping them thrive. Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development principles. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Previous experience in an EYFS setting is desirable but not essential.
