Key Responsibilities: Support the classroom teacher in supporting SEND pupils Assist in planning and implementing activities in line with EHCPs Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents Provide one-on-one support to children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development Requirements: Qualifications:
Childcare qualification or equivalent Experience:
Previous experience working with students with SEND and EYFS Knowledge:
Understanding of SEND, including ASD and ADHD Desirable:
