Based in the heart of Barnet, this school is looking for EYFS SEND Teaching Assistants to join their team for an ASAP start. They value diversity in both their pupils and staff and welcome candidates for this SEND Teaching Assistant role from all backgrounds. Key Responsibilities: Support the classroom teacher in supporting SEND pupils Assist in planning and implementing activities in line with EHCPs Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents Provide one-on-one support to children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development Requirements: Qualifications:

Childcare qualification or equivalent Experience:

Previous experience working with students with SEND and EYFS Knowledge:

Understanding of SEND, including ASD and ADHD Desirable:
