This vacancy is initially for 1.5 terms; however, an extension may be possible due to the expansion of our school. Job Description: Plan in order to teach lessons across the primary curriculum, using the NC and school schemes of work as appropriate; Mark and assess making use of formative and summative assessment; Promote the curriculum and the children's work through use of display; Ensure a well-organised and purposeful learning environment; Take responsibility for leading a subject across the school; Liaise effectively with parents, carers, and a range of professionals and be willing to attend parents' evening/inset etc., outside of working days; All appointments are subject to safer recruitment requirements to ensure the safeguarding of children and young people.
