Job Overview:
Our clients who operate this premium 4 star country hotel & fine dining restaurant, are recruiting a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the day to day running of the stunning restaurant, heading up a team of 10 front of house staff, and reporting into the Hotel General Manager.
As Food & Beverage Manager you will:
Have a friendly yet professional persona
Have experience working in a high volume environment
Be a strong leader, able to enthuse those around you
Lead by example to ensure your high standards filter through the front of house team
Control staff management and training along with ordering and stock control
Have the ability to self-manage and adapt to changing situations
