Fabric Engineer

Job Title: Fabric Technician Location: Exeter Contract: Hospital Salary: £30k to £32k Are you a skilled and versatile Fabric Technician with experience in plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance? My client is a large facilities maintenance company, they are currently seeking a fabric technician to join a team on a static hospital contract around the Exeter area. The Salary is between £30k to £32k working 40 hours a week from Monday to Friday. Other Benefits include : 33 days of annual leave Pension scheme Monday to Friday work schedule NO call outs Overtime Key Responsibilities: As a Static Fabric Technician, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and repair services across a diverse portfolio of retail stores. Your role will include, but is not limited to: Plumbing repairs and installations Carpentry work Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) General maintenance and repairs as required Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard Responding to reactive maintenance requests in a timely manner Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance Relevant trade qualifications Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication skills Customer-focused approach Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
