Static Handyman - Guildford Hospital Do you have a passion for hands-on work and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others? We are seeking a skilled and reliable Static Handyman to join our dedicated team at a busy hospital in Guildford. You will be responsible for providing a wide range of maintenance and repair services, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors. What You'll Do:

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on a range of building systems and equipment, including: General repairs to doors, windows, and fixtures Painting, decorating, and minor carpentry work Basic plumbing repairs and maintenance Assist with minor electrical repairs (under supervision) General upkeep and cleaning of hospital facilities Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used Work collaboratively as part of a large and supportive team What You'll Need:

A proven track record in a similar handyman or maintenance role A strong understanding of health and safety regulations, particularly in a healthcare setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to work independently and as part of a team A positive and helpful attitude What We Offer:
