We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our clients team. The Handy Man will play a crucial role in ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained and safe for all users.
Duties
Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings.
Execute tasks such as plumbing and other maintenance work.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.
Supervise other maintenance staff when required, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
Collaborate with other tradespeople as necessary to complete complex projects.
Qualifications
Experience in maintenance or maintenance person roles.
Strong problem-solving skills
Knowledge of electrical systems and the ability to perform basic electrical repairs.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
Leadership qualities with experience supervising others is a plus.
A valid driving licence may be required for travel between job sites.
