Fabric Engineer

to join our team at Heathrow. This is a

static role

with responsibility for maintaining two depots located opposite each other. The successful candidate will need to perform a variety of basic fabric maintenance tasks and work independently, with occasional lone working required. Key Responsibilities : Carry out general fabric maintenance tasks including minor repairs and maintenance. Ensure the upkeep and functionality of fabric elements across both depots. Manage the maintenance of premises, including basic building repairs, fixtures, and fittings. Regular inspections to identify and address any fabric-related issues. Work independently and manage your own schedule effectively. Communicate regularly with the management team and other key stakeholders. Requirements : Experience in fabric maintenance or a related field. Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working alone and managing your own workload. Full UK driving license (van provided for the role). Ability to handle basic building repairs and maintenance tasks. Benefits : Competitive salary of £35,000 per year. Full-time, Monday to Friday, with a regular day shift pattern. Van provided for travel between depots.
