We are looking to recruit a
Fabrication Supervisor
to join the team. The role offers an opportunity for a fabricator looking to make the next step in their career. What you’ll be doing:
Reporting to, assisting and supporting the Factory Manager Assist in scheduling and planning production activities Fabricating and producing high-quality aluminium windows and doors Operating machinery and hand tools Ensuring manufactured parts are produced in the most efficient and cost-effective manner Adhere to strict health and safety policies and procedures Multi-skilling and training Maintaining high levels of housekeeping at all times within the factory Be flexible in your approach to work and accept reasonable requests to perform other tasks within your capability across the factory floor You will have:
Experience and knowledge of window and door fabrication, ideally in aluminium Leadership, organisation and communication skills Knowledge of working with associated machinery Ability to lift up to 25KG on your own – above this weight, additional personnel will assist in accordance with Health & Safety standard Enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking, with a can-do attitude We are offering:
From £13.00 ph (Depending on Experience) Hours:
42.5 Hours / Week, Monday to Friday – flexible working with core hours 8.00am to 4.30pm Company events Company Pension Cycle to work scheme Contract:
