Monday - Friday 07:00 - 16:30 Orion are partnered with a well-established manufacturing business located in Morcombe who are recruiting for an experienced Fabrication Team Leader who has strong experience leading a team of Welders in a fabrication shop. Responsibilities:
Manage a team of 2 Welders on site Manage the team's workflow Keep productivity high throughout the shift Resolve any technical issues to increase productivity Ensure the team is hitting KPIs Ensure all work is completed in a safe and timely manner Liaise with cross-departmental teams Experience Required:
Previous experience within a fabrication role to understand weld processes and the industry Experience managing and motivating a team to drive towards success Implementation of H&S procedures Fantastic communication skills to liaise across various departments Ability to motivate a team to meet KPIs Good knowledge of specific welding processes, MIG & TIG Ability to read and fully understand weld symbols Package: 31 days annual leave including bank holidays Progression opportunities Life insurance £600 annual H&S attendance bonus - paid quarterly Company pension contribution If you like the look of this Fabricator Welder role, then click and apply or if you would like further information, please contact Katie Maisey at Orion Electrotech Aylesbury.
