Lead and supervise a team of fabrication workers Ensure production targets are met efficiently and safely Plan and schedule work orders to meet deadlines Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills Maintain quality standards and compliance with health and safety regulations Collaborate with other departments to optimise production processes Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment Demonstrated leadership and team management skills Knowledge of fabrication techniques and equipment Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in a fabrication or manufacturing role, with 1-2 years in a leadership position. Knowledge and Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving abilities Attention to detail Understanding of health and safety regulations Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant vocational or technical qualifications Certification in leadership or management Working Conditions:
This role involves working in a manufacturing environment, which may include exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures. Personal protective equipment will be provided.
