Tay Recruitment are looking to recruit a Fabricator/ Welder for their client based in the Caerphilly area. The successful candidate will hold a valid driving licence as the position is workshop and site based.

The position is a permanent position.

Job Role:

- Will perform MIG/MMA Welding on sheet metal - Fabricate and assemble metal structures using various techniques - Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints - Utilise mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues - Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications

Experience: - Proven experience in welding and fabrication - Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools - Ability to weld using approved welding techniques - Familiarity with working on mild metal - Strong ability to assemble components accurately - Mechanical knowledge for equipment setup and maintenance - Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations
