Fabricator/Welder focuses on carry out mig/mag welding on structural steel in a heavy industrial environment.

What the role involves

• Carry out MIG/MAG welding on structural steel in a heavy industrial environment.
• Repair fixed access platforms, gratings, ladders, safety doors, and handrails.
• Work to technical drawings and specifications to deliver high-quality results.
• Ensure all work complies with current Health & Safety legislation, site protocols, and nuclear industry standards.
• City & Guilds 229 in Fabrication and Welding, or a recognised apprenticeship qualification.
• Proven MIG/MAG welding and fabrication experience in a heavy industrial setting.

Confirmed role details

• Full-time (37.5 hours per week).
• Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 16:30.
• Friday: 08:00 – 13:00.
