Our busy, multi-tasking engineering client is seeking a time-served experienced skilled Welder (Mig) Fabricator based in Bishops Stortford. This is a fast-track temp to perm opportunity to join a fast-expanding team.
Work includes architectural projects such as balustrades, gates, and staircases. The candidate must be able to read fabrication drawings, take work from start to end, and work on their own initiative. Mig welding is essential.
Flex hours are available across 6am to 6pm, with core hours from 7.30am to 4.30pm, totaling 40 hours. The salary is £29,640 depending on experience, with overtime paid thereafter at 1.1/3 times the regular rate.
An immediate start is available for the right candidates after an interview and welding test.
There is an opportunity for a full-time permanent role.
Great access routes are available from A120, A10, and M11. The client is based in the Bishops Stortford, Stansted, Hertford, Buntingford, Royston, and Great Dunmow areas, so candidates will likely need their own transport. The pay rate is £14 - £15.50/hour.
