Fabricator Welder
£29 - £33k, Ripon, days only, overtime available, permanent from day one Are you a Fabricator Welder looking for an opportunity to gain more skills and experience? We seek a skilled Welder for a permanent position within subcontract engineering responsible for producing bespoke, standard and complex fabrications for a range of industries. The company is very keen to take on someone with basic skills and experience who they can further develop. Responsibilities:
Experienced with MIG Welding and ideally have some basic TIG skills Be a skilled and capable welder able to produce high quality welds Be capable of reading technical drawings and measuring materials Be able to set up and operate all welding/fabrication equipment Have experience of a range of fabrication equipment Ideally have experience of producing components for the structural and architectural industries Have used cutting and grinding equipment and ideally had exposure to guillotines, press brakes, plasma cutters, and punch machines, although training can be provided where necessary Be able to work in a team in a targeted production environment Comfortable working unsupervised, possess a high level of attention to detail and have the ability to problem solve Own transport essential due to location Benefits:
