Our client is a specialist FM Service Provider, recently awarded a new hard services contract in South West London. This contract involves a large multi-purpose commercial, residential, and retail complex. They are looking to hire a proven Fabrics Manager to join the maintenance team.

As the Fabrics Manager, you will be responsible for a team of 5 fabrics technicians who carry out all minor non-M&E building fabric maintenance. This includes maintaining and repairing fire doors, windows, and general small maintenance tasks, including P&D.

The successful Fabrics Manager must have a proven track record in a similar role, possess strong team leadership skills, and be able to deliver small works projects, price and quote for works, and complete these projects on time and within budget.

Our client is offering:

£55,000 - £60,000 Pension 25 days holiday plus BH Healthcare Excellent long-term career progression.
