We are seeking a talented and experienced Design Coordinator/Facade Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facade design, particularly with aluminium rainscreen cladding and terracotta cladding. This role requires a meticulous eye for detail, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed design drawings and specifications for facade projects, including metalwork, glazing, and drylining. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure designs meet project requirements and standards. Manage the design process from conception through to final installation, ensuring all designs are completed on time and within budget. Review and approve material samples, shop drawings, and fabrication details. Provide technical guidance and support to the project team throughout the construction phase. Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Conduct site visits to assess project progress and resolve any design-related issues. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and technologies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience in facade design, with a focus on aluminium rainscreen cladding and terracotta cladding. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software. Strong understanding of facade engineering principles and construction methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations.
