Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Facade Design and Development:
Create innovative designs for building facades that meet client specifications, architectural visions, and functional requirements. Develop concepts, detailed drawings, and technical documentation using CAD software.
Material and System Selection:
Recommend suitable materials and systems based on project requirements, budget, and sustainability goals. Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers to select and design facade components.
Technical Coordination:
Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate the facade design into overall project plans. Resolve technical and design challenges, ensuring constructability and compatibility with building systems.
Performance Analysis:
Conduct thermal, structural, acoustic, and environmental performance assessments of facade designs. Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
Project Management:
Ensure timelines and budgets are adhered to. Participate in client meetings and site visits to address design and installation requirements.
Qualifications and Skills: Experience:
Proven experience in facade design, with a portfolio showcasing completed projects. Experience in working with a variety of facade systems, materials, and technologies. Certifications in facade engineering or related fields.
Technical Proficiency:
Expertise in design software such as AutoCAD or similar tools. Knowledge of facade-specific software like Logikal.
Knowledge:
Understanding of building physics, materials science, and environmental sustainability in facade design. Familiarity with international building codes and facade-related standards.
Skills:
