January 20, 2025 Exciting new opportunity for a Facade lead to join one of the leading Building and Civil Engineering Contractors in the UK. Responsibilities of the Facade Manager role Be able to lead a site team and subcontractors on a large scale life science / commercial project with a facade package of £20+ million. Proven ability and experience of managing the install of unitised facade cladding. Ensure the facade install runs to programme and within budget Report to the Senior Project Manager on site with regular progress updates. Ensure the facade installation is compliant with Health & Safety regulations Be the point of contact for the client and act as a liaison Quality Assurance Requirements for the Facade Manager role Degree educated is desired, particularly in Civil Engineering or Construction Management Previous experience of being a Facade lead on large scale commercial projects A good level of experience with Unitised facade. A good understanding of the design and installation process. Proven ability of successfully managing a team of site staff and subcontractors in relation to a facade package on a large scale commercial project circa £150+million.
