With an annual turnover of over £750 million, this contractor is rapidly growing.
About the Facade Manager role
This client is actively seeking a Facade Manager who has worked on large-scale projects circa £100 million and is able to lead the facade package circa £20 million of a unitised facade.
Responsibilities for the Facade Manager
Lead the facade package and report into the Senior Project Manager on site. Responsible for programme and delivery on site. Health & Safety. Quality Assurance.
Requirements of the Facade Manager
An up & coming individual who is looking to further develop their career. Somebody who is aspirational and driven. Background in Civil Engineering, degree educated desired. Overseen large scale construction projects managing the facade package - preferably on commercial projects, leading a facade package of circa £20 million. Familiar with Unitised facade.
