Facade Project Manager

to join a well-established, high-profile facade client based in

London and Essex . Our client is a leader in the facade industry, working on landmark projects across the UK. As the

Facade Project Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design, development, and installation of facades on major construction projects. You will ensure the successful delivery of projects within time, cost, and quality constraints, while maintaining excellent client relationships. Key Responsibilities : Lead and manage facade projects from inception to completion. Liaise with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure all design and installation specifications are met. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including health and safety requirements. Provide technical support and guidance to the project team. Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and progress reports. Manage subcontractors and third-party suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Key Requirements : A minimum of 3 years' UK experience in facade project management. Experience in managing large-scale construction projects with a focus on facades. Strong understanding of facade systems, materials, and construction processes. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and teams effectively. Relevant degree or qualifications in construction, architecture, or engineering. A strong track record in managing client expectations and delivering projects to satisfaction.
