Facades Manager Lewisham - £75,000 - £85,000
I am recruiting for a Facades Project Manager with experience in Trespur cladding, Zinc cladding, timber cladding, Quad Core cladding & Render.
Job Overview:
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of façade/cladding-related projects, from pre-construction to completion. This position requires a collaborative approach, working closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of projects, including pre-construction, construction, and closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost reports. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met. Ensure project compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Identify and manage project risks and opportunities. Manage project documentation and ensure it is accurate and up-to-date. Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including progress reports, financial reports, and change orders. Ensure timely delivery of all project milestones and completion of the project within budget and schedule. Liaise with Contracts Manager and commercial team regarding progress and any cost variations. Interviews are available as early as this week and a start can be organised to suit both parties.
