Facilities and Maintenance Manager - 39,500 per annum

Overall Purpose of the role:The Facilities and Maintenance Manager will be in charge of any aspects of the company maintenance procedure. They will own the company asset lists, manage and action the full repairs process.Alongside the Head of Logistics leading the implementation of change programmes to deliver operational benefits, you will bring up and drive new procedures across the company.

- Delivery of consistent and exceptional service standards to achieve and ideally exceed agreed unit targets and grow our reputation for legendary customer service.
- Responsible for the company assets maintenance as well as managing and keeping up to date the assets list spreadsheet.
- Responsible for the entire company areas maintenance as well as managing and keeping up to date the areas maintenance logs.
- Responsible to offer guidance and solutions over minor repairs which can be sorted internally.
- Book call outs and repair visits in accordance with level of business across the areas the maintenance must take place.
- Responsible to report back to the venue any maintenance issues falling into the "host responsibilities category".
- Working alongside the Health and Safety Manager to release hot work permits and obtained risk assessment methods.
- Liaise with 3rd party supplier, contractors, and engineers to facilitate the communication.
- Attending company and business meetings once requested.
About you:
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience and knowledge in electrics, fabrics and plumbing maintenance is required
- Excellent communications skills - able to influence all stakeholder levels.
- Calm and structured approach, coupled with resilience and problem-solving skills.
