Your role as Centre Manager:

You will be based at a Commercial office business centre in Cannock. You will report into the Regional Property Manager and hold responsibility for the Preventative and reactive maintenance and the H&S compliance of the site.

In addition to Facilities Management duties, you will also hold community manager responsibilities and be responsible for bringing a good energy to the building through holding events and marketing.

You will be responsible for making the property attractive for current and future tenants and you will be required to be on site 5 days per week.

Your duties and responsibilities as Facilities Centre Manager:

Have a thorough understanding of the Leasing Procedures, including New Lettings, Lease Renewals, and Tenancy Agreements. Managing subcontractors with PPM and reactive works. Manage expenditure, raise purchase orders and process invoices. Project manage contractors from instruction to job completion. Health & Safety Compliance - Carrying out risk assessments, weekly checks as required and maintaining all Health and Safety Requirements for the building. Collate and input month end reports. Building maintenance, including scheduling Health and Safety. Increase occupancy through referrals and marketing initiatives. Proactively network to increase the profile of the Centre. Confident and well organised professional approach as the first point of contact for Tenants and Visitors. To be successful in your role, you should have the following skills and experience:

Experience in a Building/Community manager role where you have engaged tenants, held events and supported with marketing. Strong understanding of FM. Experience managing subcontractors. Ability to commute to Cannock 5 days per week. In return for your commitment, your package on offer will be:
