£38,000-40,000 + benefits and bonus Our client, a global financial company in the West End, is hiring a proactive and professional facilities coordinator to join their friendly team. You will join on a 1-year contract initially, that could potentially be extended to two. Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with Health & Safety Regulations including assisting with New Starter H&S Induction Tours, DSE assessments, and PEEPS. Review and record contractors' compliance paperwork (RAMS) and insurance in a clear and concise manner, ensuring Permit to Work applications have been submitted on the landlord portal. Work closely with the Senior Facilities Manager to ensure control of budgets and expenses related to HSE and Facilities, including reviewing and updating manuals and guides. Liaise with vendors and contractors regarding SLAs and contract renewals, including raising NTAs. Maintain inventory and supplies of equipment, furniture, and other items. Schedule preventative maintenance tasks as well as reactive jobs. React to maintenance emergencies promptly and escalate as required. Liaise with employees and contractors to ensure effective delivery of service. Assist with event management, including in-office events with the Social Committee. Work collaboratively with the wider Integrative team regarding various administrative overflow tasks such as reception cover, invoicing, and travel administration. Requirements: The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, directly employed by a corporate organization, and possess the IOSH qualification. This is an interesting and fast-paced role with excellent benefits. After the probationary period, the facilities coordinator will be able to work from home one day each week. Salary is dependent on experience.
