Responsibilities: Working with the Facilities Manager and consulting on various projects Support Facilities Manager when absent on business travel and on leave Owning the London Property file, ensuring maintenance issues have been logged, tracked and closed Assisting the Facilities Manager escorting contractors, reporting maintenance issues and liaising with building management Manage subscriptions for the games room, google licensing and TV channels Work in a team of three on reception to ensure a presence on the front desk Greet visitors upon arrival and direct them to the correct location Book in guests with the building and work with IT to produce access card Arrange couriers Sort and distribute post and packages, including collecting larger items from the loading bay Maintain the stock of office and kitchen supplies Conduct regular audits of supplies to ensure the inventory is well maintained Maintain a tidy and organised reception area Maintain efficient digital filing systems for reception and office related documents Requirements: Able to commute to St James’ Park 5 days a week Confidence to work with employees at all levels Previous experience in a similar role Previous experience managing office maintenance and dealing with vendors Proficient with Google Workspace Genuine interest in Facilities Approachable and proactive Ability to work effectively in a team of 3 on Reception Ability to prioritise work between Reception and Facilities What you will get in return: Competitive Salary:
