7-PFC/ET Facilities Coordinator ASAP - 3rd Feb 2025 ideally Part-time (Monday, Wednesday & Thursday) Up to £17/hr + holiday pay Temp (1 month minimum) or temp-to-perm Vauxhall / Nine Elms, office-based role The client: A global executive search firm is looking for a part-time facilities coordinator to join the team on a temporary or temp-to-perm capacity. They are looking for a candidate to start on the 3rd Feb 2025. The most important requirement for this position is that the candidate is professional, friendly, and keen to get stuck in. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the smooth running of office operations and providing administrative, facilities, and health and safety responsibilities. The duties: Facilities coordinator duties will include, but are not limited to: Coordinate and assist with office-based events Coordinate meeting rooms Manage visitor access Meet and greet visitors professionally Liaise with catering and IT Provide admin support to the board Arrange travel and hotel accommodation for the team Coordinate meetings and logistics Conduct lighting tests and safety tours to maintain workplace standards Safety administration Oversee compliance regulations Liaise with building management on facility-related matters Manage office supplies and the inventory Oversee office services including cleaning contractors and post distribution Monitor and manage the office inbox Screening phone calls Support with IT issues The successful candidate will: Be available for a minimum duration of a month, although ideally longer or interested in the position permanently Be friendly, professional, and have a positive attitude with a willingness to get stuck in Be a quick learner and able to use their initiative Be a clear communicator Be able to work successfully as part of a team or independently Have previous experience in a similar position The details: Standard hours are 8:30am - 5:30pm, with flexibility required depending on company demand Minimum duration is a month; however, the client prefers candidates who are interested in the opportunity in a temp-to-perm capacity or who are available for a longer period of time Hourly rate up to £18/hr + holiday pay, depending on experience level Office-based opportunity Part-time, Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays, with flexibility required depending on company demand Opportunity to work with a collaborative firm in bright and modern offices If you are interested in this exciting opportunity, please do apply today!
