My client a leading Software company are seeking a

Facilities Coordinator

to manage their front desk operations. With a focus on maintaining a safe and efficient environment, the company values proactive problem-solving and effective communication within a dynamic construction-related atmosphere. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting daily facility operations and collaborating with contractors.

*Please note this role is a 6mth Contract*

Main duties include:

Serve as the primary point of contact at the reception area, greeting guests and managing inquiries.

Coordinate with contractors to oversee snagging processes and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Utilize permit to work systems to authorize and track construction activities on-site.

Develop and maintain RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) for all operational tasks.

Monitor facility conditions and report maintenance issues to ensure a safe working environment.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

Proven experience in facilities management or a similar role within a construction or corporate environment.

Familiarity with permit to work systems and RAMS practices.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with contractors and staff.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and facilities management software.

Due to the urgency of this vacancy, it is not possible for our client at this time to consider anyone without the appropriate work permits, visas or sponsorship’s already in place.
