The Facilities Role will manage third-party suppliers who provide our catering solution, our laundry and garment provision, security of the site, and will manage all the soft services on site (e.g., stationery, photocopiers, postage). They provide the link between the factory and the Regional Facilities Manager and maintain the standards on the sites. They are also heavily involved with the Employee Engagement Specialist on-site as support in this area. Equally as important, they support the Factory General Manager in arranging travel, meeting invites, and VIP visits. What will be your key deliverables? To ensure that the Facilities Budget is delivered each month To maintain and develop the site standards at our flagship site where necessary The management of all third-party suppliers (e.g., Laundry, Security, Catering) to ensure that service is delivered To support the communication on sites To support the Harlesden Leadership Team What do you need for this role? Good personal and communication skills Very good Excel, Word, and presentation skills Extremely good prioritisation and problem-solving skills Good technological skills and use of social media Good numerical skills A level of management skill would be advantageous in this role.
