Main Responsibilities
Contractor management. Check contractor documentation and complete Permits. Supervise contractors while on site.
Work with Facilities leader to ensure legal compliance of facilities.
Complete general maintenance and repairs of site services.
Ladder inspections, manage system, inspect ladders, report and implement repairs.
Plant room checks and Penstock valve ppm.
Complete weekly fire alarm checks and report defects.
Office moves, telephones. Resource to carry out office relocations.
General Engineering tasks (non safety critical) to be completed under supervision of the Engineering Supervisors and/or Manager.
Other duties as required relating to site maintenance and services.
Qualifications/Experience
Background in plumbing and site services essential.
Background in a factory environment desirable.
Experience of working with HVAC and humidification systems desirable.
