Contractor management. Ensure legal compliance of facilities. Complete weekly fire alarm checks and report defects. Ladder inspections, manage system, inspect ladders, report and implement repairs. Complete general maintenance and repairs of site services. Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Background in plumbing and site services. Gas safe qualification. Experience of working with HVAC and humidification systems. Background in a factory environment. IT Literate. Package and Benefits:
