Reporting to the Facilities Manager and supporting the development of an Assistant, you will ensure that customer satisfaction is maximised and high standards for the centre are always set and maintained. This would include the implementation of facility management policies in conjunction with safety and regulatory standards. Additionally, you will oversee supplier relationships and contracts for facility services such as cleaning, gardening and security. The Facilities Executive plays a key role in overseeing the health and safety, maintenance, cleanliness and security for the entire centre. You will provide a pro-active, efficient and effective management of the centre, ensuring that our guests are at the heart of everything we do. Why McArthurGlen?

• A qualified facility professional • ISO 45001 knowledge (and preferably ISO 14001) • Sound knowledge of facilities in a commercial environment • Project management experience • Knowledge of Building standards • Knowledge of Food & Hygiene standards • IT skills: Intermediate Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint What to expect…
