What You’ll Be Doing: Managing facilities and contractor management across hard and soft services. Liaising with tenants and local authorities, including police and fire services, to ensure safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Reporting directly to the Facilities Manager, ensuring seamless communication and execution of priorities. Assisting in budget management and delivering operational efficiency.
