Our client is looking for a

Facilities Maintenance Coordinator

to join their growing team, who deal with planned and reactive maintenance nationally. This company specializes in providing maintenance support to national high street retailers of specialist designer brands.

This is an established company with a great team dynamic. They are a warm and friendly medium-sized company.

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Maintenance Coordinator who has planned and reactive maintenance coordinating experience, or someone who has worked within a similar role, diarising and scheduling for Engineers.

This is a busy role where you will look after your client's account, assisting and servicing your client, or you may have a number of small accounts to which you dedicate your excellent customer service skills. You will liaise with various end users from Senior Managers to Engineers and subcontractors.

Based in a friendly department, this role will suit someone organized, ideally with a background in Facilities Maintenance.

Duties:

Reacting to facility issues or repair requests and raising jobs on the internal system.

Monitoring inboxes.

Coordinating Engineers' appointments.

Problem solving and working through queries.

Working on planned and reactive maintenance requests.

Checking progress and updating clients.

Producing purchase orders and closing calls.

Preparing quotes.

As you will be allocated an account immediately, we are looking for someone who has recently worked in a reactive maintenance role, who is used to coordinating Engineers and Subcontractors, and ideally understands permits of work and risk assessments, but this is not essential.
