We are currently seeking a Facilities Intern to complete a 6 months internship based in our Head Office in London. The intern will report to the UK & Ireland Facilities Manager, supporting him in maintaining the brand image and the well-being of every person visiting or working in a Christian Dior location in the UK and Ireland.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the UK & Ireland Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for:

Communicating and forming positive relationships with suppliers. Regular floor walks to inspect general conditions of Boutiques/Concessions. Supporting Boutique Operations initiatives/projects on an as-needed basis. Raising POs and checking completion of works. Managing the Facilities Finance Tracker. Booking works. Monitoring the planned maintenance schedule - ensuring correct records are kept. Support with Staff Phones. Reviewing uniform orders and following up with store contacts. Monitoring the storage of non-stock items in our UK Warehouse. Schedule:

Must be available for at least 6 months and be able to work full time (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday with the flexibility to work weekends and nights when needed. An independent and proactive individual with an ability to consistently maintain high standards, a drive to succeed and show motivation to deliver personal and team goals. The ideal candidate will display exceptional attention to detail in all areas of their role within the workplace. Ability to work independently as well as cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment. Strong administration and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to a changing business and corporate environment. Proactive problem solving and critical thinking. Ability to react quickly with a strong sense of urgency. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.).
