Tackling Daily Ops : From keeping buildings pristine to taking care of graffiti removal, you’ll make sure everything runs smoothly. Driving Profit & Growth : Bring your strategic mindset to the table and secure new contracts that keep us ahead of the curve. Building Strong Relationships : Be the go-to person for clients, suppliers, and stakeholders, creating long-lasting bonds. Safety First : Lead by example when it comes to health and safety, creating a safe and secure environment for everyone. Managing Budgets : Keep things running efficiently, balancing costs and performance to maximize profitability. What We’re Looking For: Leadership Pro : You’ve got experience leading teams and managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment. Facilities Experience : You will know how to keep things running, to budget and deliverables with your refined FM experience. Strategic Thinker : You’re growth-focused, always looking for ways to improve and expand. Customer Whisperer : You know how to build strong, lasting relationships with customers and clients.
