Key Responsibilities:
Planning and managing maintenance and compliance work for school buildings. Day-to-day administration of facilities management tasks. Reporting to the Estates and Transport Manager. Deputising in the absence of the Manager.
Qualifications:
Experience in facilities/property management. Strong communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Organisational skills in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail.
