One of the leading FM providers in the UK is currently looking to recruit a Facilities Manager on a temporary to permanent basis to be based on a critical corporate site in the Farnborough area.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday - 8am - 5pm - 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

Build a strong relationship with the landlord House Reception team to ensure high standards are maintained for staff and clients. Manage the delivery of site services and resolve any issues that may arise, including Post/deliveries, Cleaning, Vending management, Office Services, Waste, and Hard Services, in line with account processes, SLA's/KPIs. Control & Management of site financial budget. Raise Purchase Orders and manage FCR's (Funding Client Requests) through to closure. Control & Management of third-party contractors, including completion of Inductions, maintenance of QHSE paperwork, and escorting around site. Ensure full compliance for the delivery of services in accordance with all QHSE requirements and support all site audit activities. Complete required monthly Health & Safety documents within required timelines. Involvement in out-of-scope supplier projects. Maintain performance standards to ensure customer expectations are achieved. Develop and maintain successful working relationships with the client, key stakeholders, customers, landlord representatives, and suppliers. Attend and support all site audit activities. Support and react to ad-hoc out of hours calls in the event of emergency scenarios.

Person Specification: Total Facility Management experience. Client/Customer service experience. Ability to cope with demands of compliance and provide 5* customer service. 5 years in a similar position in an FM or related services environment. Good understanding of contracts and negotiations. Experience in dealing with suppliers/contractors. Budget management experience. Flexible approach to ensure time-critical projects are appropriately supported. Must be able to pass Security Clearance requirements.
