In this role you will maintain and oversee properties, grounds and equipment to ensure that the space is safe and functional, inspect all facilities to meet safety requirements, and co-ordinate minor renovations and updates. You will liaise with the Head of Relations (HOR) regarding tenant requirements, oversee printer consumables/paper stock and report any faults in a timely manner, check/clean coffee machines and keep topped up as necessary, undertake fire alarm tests in all properties, order top ups and manage supplier orders as necessary, regularly check the safe and operations of all mechanical, water and electrical systems inclusive of access control.
