We are looking for a Facilities Manager with extensive super high end residential experience for a unique, large scale residential building in Mayfair.
The Facilities Manager will be a senior member of the on-site team and the first point of contact for all facilities management aspects of the estate. We are looking for someone with an engineering background and a proven track record of mobilising super prime, amenity-rich schemes.
This is a unique role in part because the building is not finally complete, and we require a Facilities Manager with additional solid M&E construction experience who can get involved at this stage and additionally help control the tail end of fitout as the project moves into occupation. Some occupiers are planning their own work and internal changes, and we need an FM who can advise relevant parties about FM considerations as the project completes and before they take responsibility for facility management when the project reaches handover.
The role involves liaising with high net worth individuals and their associated staff and we need someone unflappable, professional and confident. Previous high spec, high value residential Building FM experience essential. Our client is specifically looking for someone who can show stability and enjoys what they do.
Previous experience in launching a super-prime residential scheme with involvement in project and contractor management necessary. Strong organisational skills and significant understanding of health and safety, NEBOSH preferred. Great work location, great team and fantastic company with excellent prospects.
