Facilities Manager

As Facilities Manager, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our spaces to the highest standards. This is more than just a leadership role—it’s an opportunity to truly shape the future of our facilities. You’ll work hand-in-hand with housing providers, operational teams, and health and safety experts to ensure our environments meet the needs of our staff and the individuals we support. This is a hands-on role, so if you’re as comfortable rolling up your sleeves as you are strategizing at a high level, you’ll thrive here. Your Responsibilities

Take Ownership : Lead all aspects of facilities management, from day-to-day maintenance to long-term planning. Drive Excellence : Collaborate with housing providers and operational teams to deliver seamless maintenance and mobilisation processes. Be the Go-To Expert : Serve as the first point of contact for property maintenance and health & safety matters. Champion Sustainability : Lead waste management initiatives and environmental sustainability strategies. Manage Budgets : Oversee facilities budgets, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality solutions. Ensure Compliance : Maintain full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, including fire risk assessments, asbestos and legionnaires legislation, and statutory inspections. Lead Projects : Oversee the mobilisation of new properties, repair programmes, and rolling maintenance schedules, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. Build Relationships : Forge strong connections with internal and external stakeholders, including housing providers, suppliers, and landlords, ensuring processes align with our core values.
