Associate Director FM Role Summary / Purpose and Scope:

This role is responsible for all aspects of facilities management within a designated set of buildings, working as part of a team to ensure the efficient and accurate management of the sites.

Skills, Knowledge and Values

Skills (People & Technical) Ensure that the day-to-day running of buildings within the portfolio is addressed. Monitor contractor/supplier performance and report findings to the Senior Management team. Report any issues that may affect the client/tenant/the service of the property. Ensure regular property inspections are carried out and recorded. Ensure that all utility meter readings are collected and managed using relevant systems. Provide the highest level of service standards to client and building tenants. Monitor contractor/supplier performance, reporting to contracts manager as required. Draft and monitor service charge budgets. Understand expenditure allocation and ensure invoices are correctly apportioned to each property. Fulfil the compliance and policy requirements in accordance with MAPP policies and procedures and the relevant legislative framework. Experience and Salary

Level of Experience / Certifications: 2 years experience of working in a similar role. Budget management and reconciliation. Compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental legislation including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. IOSH Essential. NEBOSH desirable. Working Hours:

9am - 5.30pm Monday - Thursday & 9am - 5pm Friday. Salary Range (Based on Experience):

£40,000 - £46,500 per annum, depending on experience.
