I have partnered with the largest property consultancy in the South East England region who are looking for a Facilities Manager to join their growing team. This is a varied role focusing on operational, financial, contract, and health & safety management with a touch of sustainability. You will head up all hard & soft services across a large portfolio of up to 350 properties. Made up of a tight-knit team, you will be reporting into the Head of FM, working alongside a skillful team of FM’s and Surveyors. Your working week will be split between the Milton Keynes office and site visits across the portfolio in the Enfield/St Albans areas.
