Senior Asset Maintenance Plan Manager - Exciting Opportunity

Are you an experienced professional in asset management or facilities management? I'm currently recruiting for an exciting Senior Asset Maintenance Plan Manager role on behalf of my client.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a leadership role where you'll manage asset maintenance plans for a diverse and dynamic portfolio. Located at a modern business centre in Tidworth, this role offers stability and room for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage teams to deliver the Annual Maintenance Plan, ensuring safe working practices and compliance with policies. Oversee asset data management, including lifecycle databases, and support asset renewal programs. Collaborate with strategic teams to develop and implement plans for building systems and infrastructure. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, health, and environmental standards.

What We're Looking For:

Qualifications:

Professional certification in engineering, building services, or facilities management. Experience:

A strong background in managing large commercial or government asset portfolios, including maintenance and lifecycle planning. Experience with asset databases and CAFM systems is essential. Skills:

Leadership abilities, strong interpersonal and influencing skills, and a commercially minded approach.

Additional Information:

Applicants will need to obtain security clearance before starting. The workplace is a tobacco-free environment.
