Facilities Manager . Salary:

Up to £50,000 per year Hours:

40 hours per week. Additional hours, weekend and evening work may be necessary to meet the demands of the position. The key responsibilities for this role are: Managing refurbishment, renovations, and ongoing improvement projects. Ensure proactive building maintenance and management plans are in place to maintain all buildings in superb condition. Maintain vehicles, including the collection of classic Healey cars. Manage and present the grounds appropriately to ensure an exceptional brand experience. Ensure all facilities meet relevant health and safety standards, including routine servicing of all relevant items (boilers, kitchen equipment, fire extinguishers, PAT testing, etc.). Complete all operations in compliance with health and safety requirements. Manage cleaning, waste disposal, catering, parking, and security. Negotiate with contractors and suppliers; ensure contractors comply with all relevant health and safety legislation. Plan for future developments in line with business strategy. Check that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily and follow up on any deficiencies. Use performance management techniques to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels and lead on improvement. Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and deal with the consequences. Ensure the grounds are maintained, rotated, and developed to provide an exceptional brand experience. Perform any other activity/task as requested by the Directors.
